Help at a Fair

We need lots of volunteers to make our summer and winter craft fairs run smoothly. Here are some ways you could help:

• serve food
• serve coffee
• run the cash box
• retrieve food from local vendors 
• help cook meals in the kitchen
• set up tables and chairs before the fair 
• helping vendors with set-up or breakdown
• take down kitchen and pack up food after the fair
• sell raffle tickets
• put up flyers & promotional materials around town
• sell cookies at the cookie table​

Become a Trustee

If you have attended our fairs and seen the work we do for the community and it is something that speaks to your heart, consider getting more meaningfully and regularly involved by becoming a trustee! As a trustee, you would:

• attend monthly meetings (1st Tuesday of every month)
• sign up for committee work (these include marketing/publicity, arts in our schools, fairs, etc.) and attend committee meetings outside of regular trustee meeting
• approve grant applications & vote on other decisions
• help plan all logistics for summer & winter fairs (as well as occasional additional events) 
• set up & take down fairs 
• help out in the kitchen or cookie table during fairs​ ​

Being a Trustee is a big commitment for the big-hearted!
